Joseph P. Mohorovic is a Commissioner of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), a position for which he was nominated by President Barack Obama on October 13, 2013. Before serving as a Commissioner, Commissioner Mohorovic was Senior Vice President of the product testing, inspection, and certification company Intertek and had also served two terms as State Representative for New Mexico’s 28th District.
