With the regulatory stories of 2016 coming to a close, The Regulatory Review would like to reflect on the many important regulatory developments in the United States and around the world during 2016. We also want to recognize some of the excellent work we had the privilege to feature on The Regulatory Review this past year. We present the top 50 essays from this past year in The Regulatory Review, divided into work appearing in our opinion and our news and analysis sections. We also recap all The Regulatory Review series published over the course of the year.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our readers and all of our contributors for their continued interest in the regulatory debates of our day by engaging with us at The Regulatory Review. Best wishes for the new year.
